LSL Engineering Group is a firm with over 20 years of experience which is becoming gigger, but we keep our service personnel and devocaded to every client that we are working for. In fact, as client you'll be assigned at one of our officer who will have the ultimate responsability for the project as and your satisfaction.

Each project is also assigned to a Senior Project Administrator (either a registered engineer or a registered surveyor) who is responsible for the management of the project. This individual is the key contact person for the project and has thecnical responsibility for the work being performed.

The Senior Project Administrator prepares or reviews all reports, meets with regulatory agencies, attends public meeting, prepares applications and performs other administration dutres over see at the project.

The Senior Project Administrator is also the coordinator for all services provided by outside sources. Several additionnal staff members will work on a project at the request of the project administrator. This individuals provide yhe background services (drafting, calculations, etc) that are used by the senior staff member to make up the final work product. These people may include other senior personnel or junior firm members depending upon the type of work needed.

Each project contains steps and processes unique to the sit or development being proposed. We always present a comprehensive approach that covers all of the various contingencies wich might arise during the course of a project. In that approach, there are a number of steps which occur on every project. For every project, we prepare a detailed propusal which explains the nature of the services being provided as well the the assumptions upon which the propusal is based and the responsibilities of both parties.

LSL Engineering Group corporation further solidified its provincial reputation by completing a number of major projects as GMC , Chrysler, Pontiac, Buick and Freightliner car and truck dealer shops in Quebec such as paper mill industries (HCN, Scierie Beaulieu, Abitibis Consolidated,… ). Over the years we grown strong reputation by completing the most famous housing project ever built in Quebec (condos Merici), such as working for the Canadian Coast Guard, Canadian Government and Quebec Government.

The firm employs advanced microcomputers with the customised software necessary to analyse, compute, map, design and draft a wide variety of engineering applications. LSL has the capacity to create digitized mapping from raw field survey data and to digitize existing design files for use preliminary and final design applications. All field survey work is now reduced and plotted by computers, and most final ink-on-mylar engineering drawings are plotted by automated equipment. This computerisation permits our staff to evaluate more site engineering and design options while expeditiously completing studies and final construction drawings for major projects.
